He brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance and investor relations, including leadership roles at Anderson Roberts Financial and First Republic Bank. At Anderson Roberts, Spence oversaw deal sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of private trust deed investments focused on commercial and multifamily assets. At First Republic, he originated and managed residential and multifamily mortgages, cultivating long-term client relationships.
Spence holds deep connections within the commercial real estate community and has worked across both private and institutional platforms. His expertise in investor engagement and structured finance supports Bridger Fund’s mission to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns.
