Bridger Fund Expands Executive Team, Welcomes Spence Sarazin
Bridger Fund, a private commercial real estate lender focused in California, is pleased to announce the appointment of Spence Sarazin as Vice President of Investor Relations.
Sarazin brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance and investor relations, including leadership roles at Anderson Roberts Financial and First Republic Bank. At Anderson Roberts Financial, he led deal sourcing, underwriting, and structuring private trust deed investments, focusing on commercial and multifamily assets while managing capital-raising efforts for high-net-worth investors. While at First Republic Bank, Sarazin originated and managed residential and multifamily mortgages, cultivated a robust referral network, and drove significant deposit growth across consumer and corporate banking clients.
In his new role at Bridger Fund, Sarazin will oversee investor relations and capitalraising efforts while forging new relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and institutional partners. His expertise in real estate finance and investor relations will be instrumental in supporting Bridger Fund’s growth and strategic objectives. He holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license and previously held NMLS and FINRA Series 7, 63 licenses.
