Henry Kliewer is a San Diego State University alumnus who began his career in commercial real estate through internships with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and The Mansour Group at Marcus & Millichap. He joined Slatt Capital in February 2022, where he contributed to closing over $550MM across more than 100 loans spanning permanent, bridge, and construction financing across a diverse range of asset classes.
Henry has since joined Bridger Fund as an Analyst and Closer, where he focuses on analyzing and closing new loans for the portfolio while supporting the active management of loans currently in the portfolio. Since joining, he has contributed to closing 13 loans totaling $29.4MM in loan balance.
